Discover Our Purpose
The Craftory Forever is an exclusive sustainability and loyalty program created by The Craftory to extend the life of beautifully crafted garments. Instead of leaving designer outfits unused in a wardrobe, members have the opportunity to return eligible purchases for store credit, allowing those garments to be renewed, reimagined, or thoughtfully restored by our design team.
The program is built on the belief that exceptional fashion deserves more than a single occasion. By participating, members become part of a circular fashion movement that celebrates craftsmanship, reduces textile waste, and makes luxury fashion more sustainable for future generations.
Find Your Way to Make a Difference
When you're ready to part with an eligible garment, simply schedule an evaluation with The Craftory. Our team will carefully inspect the garment to assess its authenticity, condition, craftsmanship, and overall suitability for renewal.
If approved and you choose to return and not renew, you'll receive store credit based on the age and condition of the garment.
Current credit guidelines are:

0–6 months: Up to 50% of the original purchase value

6–12 months: Up to 40%

12–18 months: Up to 30%
-
18–24 months: Up to 20%
Once accepted, the garment becomes part of The Craftory Forever collection, where it may be professionally refreshed, redesigned, or restored before finding its next owner. Store credits are valid for 12 months and can be used toward future purchases or custom design services at The Craftory.
Our Guidelines
The program currently applies only to garments originally purchased from The Craftory and enrolled in the program at the time of purchase.
To qualify, garments must:

Be authentic Craftory creations.

Be returned within 24 months of the original purchase date.

Be in a condition suitable for restoration or redesign.

Pass our quality and authenticity inspection.

Be accompanied by proof of purchase or membership details, when requested.
Normal signs of wear are acceptable; however, garments with severe damage, permanent stains, unauthorized alterations, missing major components, or excessive deterioration may not qualify for store credit.
Final eligibility is determined after our design team's inspection.

Please note that garments redesigned for the original owner remain the customer's property and do not receive store credit. Redesign services are charged separately based on the scope of customization, craftsmanship, and materials required.
This option is ideal for customers who have sentimental garments they wish to preserve while creating a completely new look.
