At Couture by Rimi, every piece is handcrafted with meticulous attention to detail. Due to the bespoke nature of our fashion boutique, we operate an Exchange-Only Policy to ensure the highest standards of quality and exclusivity for our clients.
Conditions for Exchange
- Items must be in their original, unworn, and unwashed condition.
- All original tags and packaging must be intact.
- Exchange requests must be initiated within 14 days of purchase or delivery.
- Proof of purchase or receipt is mandatory for all transactions.
Eligible Items
- Standard sized garments from our current collections.
- Unused accessories and textile pieces.
- Items with verified manufacturing defects.
Please note that custom-made, bespoke silhouettes, and altered garments are final sale and not eligible for exchange. Our team is available for virtual or in-store consultations to ensure your tailored experience meets your expectations before production begins.
