Standard orders are processed within 3-5 business days. Bespoke and custom-made garments require 4-8 weeks for artisanal production and final fitting before shipment.
Domestic Shipping (USA)
We offer standard and expedited shipping within the continental USA. Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a unique tracking number to follow your garment's journey.

Lost or Damaged Packages
The Craftory Couture is not liable for items lost during transit once handed to the carrier. In the rare event of arrival damage, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence to begin a claim.

We provide flat-rate shipping options for domestic jewelry and free standard shipping on apparel orders exceeding $1,500.
