Couture by Rimi, operating as The Craftory, is a premium fashion studio specializing in bespoke tailoring, luxury ready-to-wear garments, and artisanal workshops. We are committed to preserving traditional craftsmanship while embracing modern silhouettes for our global clientele.
3. Products & Services
We offer a range of products including ready-to-wear clothing, and services including bespoke tailoring and style consultations. We make every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate.
4. Pricing & Payments
Prices for our products and services are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service without notice. We accept major credit cards and other secure payment methods as indicated on our website. All payments must be received in full before orders are processed.
5. Custom & Bespoke Orders
Custom and bespoke orders require a collaborative design process and precise measurements. A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of order confirmation. Once production has commenced, changes to the original design or materials may incur additional costs and affect the estimated completion date.
6. Fittings & Alterations
For local clients, multiple fittings may be required to ensure perfect fit. Alterations requested after the final fitting and project sign-off may be subject to additional charges. Remote clients are responsible for providing accurate measurements; we provide guidance but cannot be held liable for fit issues resulting from incorrect measurements provided by the client.
7. Shipping & Delivery
We offer domestic and international shipping. Ship dates are estimated based on standard production times and are not guaranteed. The Craftory is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs clearance. All customs duties, taxes, and fees associated with international shipments are the sole responsibility of the recipient.
8. Returns & Refunds
Due to the customized nature of bespoke and altered garments, these items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded. Ready-to-wear items may be returned within 14 days of receipt if they are in original, unworn condition with tags attached. Return shipping costs are at the expense of the customer.
9. Appointments & Consultations
Appointments for consultations and fittings can be made through our website. We require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Repeated last-minute cancellations may result in a non-refundable booking fee being applied to future appointments.
10. Intellectual Property
All content included on this site, such as text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Couture by Rimi or its content suppliers and protected by international copyright laws. Any use of our site content, including reproduction for purposes other than personal use, is strictly prohibited without our prior written consent.
11. Limitation of Liability
Couture by Rimi shall not be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind, or any damages whatsoever resulting from loss of use, data, or profits, whether or not advised of the possibility of damage, and on any theory of liability, arising out of or in connection with the use or performance of this site or our products.
