The Craftory is a bespoke fashion studio offering custom clothing, bridal wear, ready-to-wear apparel, and related fashion services. Some products are made-to-order or customized based on individual client specifications.

 

Products & Services

  • Product images are for reference only. Colors, textures, and details may vary due to lighting, screen settings, and craftsmanship.

  • Measurements, fittings, and customization details are provided by the customer and confirmed during consultation.

  • Custom, bespoke, and bridal orders are made specifically for each client.

 

Pricing & Payments

  • All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) unless stated otherwise.

  • Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

  • Full or partial payment may be required before production begins.

  • Orders will not be processed until payment is successfully received.

 

Custom & Bespoke Orders

  • Custom, made-to-measure, and bridal orders cannot be canceled, returned, or refunded once production has begun.

  • Estimated timelines are shared in advance but may vary due to design complexity, material availability, or unforeseen delays.

  • Minor variations in embroidery, fabric, or finish are inherent to handcrafted garments and are not considered defects.

 

Fittings & Alterations

  • Alterations may be offered as part of the service or separately, as discussed during consultation.

  • Any additional alterations requested after final approval may incur extra charges.

  • The Craftory is not responsible for fit issues resulting from incorrect measurements provided by the customer.

 

Shipping & Delivery

Shipping terms are governed by our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these Terms & Conditions.
Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed.

 

Returns & Refunds

  • Ready-to-wear items may be eligible for return or exchange, subject to our Returns & Refund Policy.

  • Custom, bridal, and personalized items are final sale and not eligible for return or refund.

 

Appointments & Consultations

  • Appointments booked online are subject to availability.

  • Missed or late appointments may result in rescheduling fees or forfeiture of deposits, if applicable.

  • Consultation fees, if charged, are non-refundable unless stated otherwise.

 

Intellectual Property

All content on this website—including images, designs, logos, text, and branding—is the property of The Craftory and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.

 

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Craftory shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

  • Delays caused by third parties or circumstances beyond our control

  • Variations inherent in handcrafted or custom-made garments

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product or service.
