Refunds, Returns and Exchange Policy

Exchange-Only Policy

At The Craftory, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or issue refunds. This is to ensure we maintain high quality of our merchandise and give the best unused products to our customers.


Eligible items may be exchanged only, subject to the conditions outlined below.

 

Eligibility for Exchange

Exchanges are accepted only for ready-to-wear items under the following conditions:

  • Exchange request must be made within 1 day of delivery for shipped products and no exchange for or in-store purchases

  • Item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

  • Original tags, packaging, and proof of purchase must be included

Items that do not meet these conditions will not be eligible for exchange.

Non-Exchangeable Items

The following items are not eligible for exchange:

  • Custom-made, bespoke, or made-to-measure items

  • Bridal wear and special-occasion outfits

  • Items purchased on sale, clearance, or promotional discounts

  • Accessories, dupattas, or altered items (if applicable)

 

Exchange Process

To request an exchange, please contact us at [Insert business email] with your order details.
Once approved:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

  • Replacement item will be shipped after the original item is received and inspected

  • If the exchanged item is of higher value, the price difference must be paid

  • If the exchanged item is of lower value, the balance will be issued as store credit only

 

No Refunds

  • Refunds are not offered under any circumstances

  • Shipping charges, taxes, and duties are non-refundable

  • Store credit, if issued, has no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash

 

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the item and packaging.
Approved cases will be eligible for exchange only. Refunds will not be provided.

 

Custom & Bespoke Orders

All custom, made-to-measure, and bridal orders are final sale and not eligible for return, refund, or exchange once production has begun.

 

Shipping for Exchanges

Customers are responsible for shipping costs associated with exchanges unless the error was made by The Craftory.
We are not responsible for lost or delayed exchange shipments.

 

Legal Disclaimer

The Craftory reserves the right to refuse any exchange request that does not meet the above criteria.
This policy complies with generally accepted ecommerce practices and consumer disclosure requirements in Washington State.
