Order Processing: Orders are processed within 3–5 business days after payment confirmation, unless otherwise stated.For custom-made, bespoke, or made-to-measure items, production timelines vary and will be communicated at the time of order or consultation.Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time: We currently ship within the United States. Shipping timelines may vary depending on location, carrier availability, and order type. Ready-to-wear items: Typically delivered within 5–10 business days after shipment
Custom or bridal orders: Delivery timelines are discussed individually and confirmed prior to order acceptance. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
3. Shipping Rates: Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on order value, shipping method, and destination. Any applicable taxes, duties, or fees are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.
4. Order Tracking: Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.
5. Shipping Address Accuracy: Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information.The Craftory is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
6. Delays & Carrier Issues: Shipping delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:Weather conditions, Carrier delays, Natural disasters, Supply chain disruptions, The Craftory is not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers.
7. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages: The Craftory is not responsible for packages marked as “Delivered” by the carrier but reported as lost or stolen.If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.
8. International Shipping: At this time, international shipping is not available unless explicitly agreed upon in writing prior to placing the order.
9. Custom & Bespoke Orders: Custom, bridal, and made-to-measure items are produced specifically for the customer and are not eligible for cancellation or refund once production has begun. Estimated shipping timelines for such orders are provided in advance and may vary due to design complexity or material availability.
